Job summary

Pico Play Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Show Production Coordinator to work closely with the Creative Director of Experiences and Entertainment, ensuring all project show elements are planned, executed and coordinated on time by all creative suppliers of our bespoke installations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, fluent in written and spoken English, oversee meetings with suppliers, and diligently record AI notes and summaries, tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met with

Qualifications

Understanding of Theme Parks and experiences in entertaining environments.
Excellent presentation and communication skills extending beyond messaging platforms.
Ability to speak with vendors from a range of countries and manage meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensure all project show elements are planned, executed and coordinated with suppliers.
Record and share AI notes and action items from meetings; track progress to completion.
Coordinate vendor communications to prevent gaps and overlaps in scope.
Work with Creative Directors, Administrators and Design Team across multiple projects.
Research culture, environments and historical references to support scripting and attraction development.
