Job summary

The Goodnite in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Shopify and e-commerce specialist to manage daily operations, maintain the store, and drive performance. You will optimize the Shopify platform, monitor key metrics, and implement improvements across SEO, apps and CRM initiatives.

You will also prepare monthly reports, analyze customer behavior, and contribute to growth through data-driven decisions and ongoing enhancements to the online store.

Qualifications

• Degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce, preferably with hands-on Shopify experience.
• Proficient in Shopify, GA4, basic SEO, and e-commerce performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, maintenance and performance of the Shopify site.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV and customer behaviour.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvements.
• Manage Shopify apps and integrations; coordinate with developers as needed.
• Support CRM and customer retention initiatives: abandoned cart recovery, upselling, cross-selling.
• Perform SEO optimisation to boost organic traffic and product visibility.
• Conduct competitor and market research for growth opportunities.
• Prepare monthly Shopify performance reports with insights and actions.
