Job summary

Sunrise & Company Pte Ltd seeks an Ecommerce Executive to drive growth across Shopify and regional marketplaces. You will manage product listings, pricing, and promotions while optimizing the customer shopping experience.

This role blends operational execution with analytics to hit sales, satisfaction, and brand visibility goals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in e-commerce ops, hands-on Shopify knowledge, and familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce operations is preferred (2+ years).
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify backend (products, themes, apps, discounts).
• Familiar with regional marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Shopify store and key regional marketplaces (MY, SG, ID, VN, HK).
• Upload, edit, and maintain product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, tags, inventory sync).
• Execute promotions, discount codes, bundles, and campaign setups across Shopify and marketplaces.
• Monitor performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, abandoned carts) and prepare weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the design team for banners, product visuals, and campaign creatives.
• Support UX optimization on Shopify (navigation, filters, product categorization, mobile view).
• Liaise with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Research competitors and market trends to suggest improvements and opportunities.
• Test and implement new Shopify apps/marketplace tools for better functionality and automation.
• Support monthly sales campaigns including store setup, promo testing, and discount logic.
