Job summary

Greenseed Lighting Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced e-commerce executive to optimise online operations, manage marketplaces and stock, and enhance the customer experience. You will oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and cross-functional campaigns to drive online sales.

The role focuses on developing growth strategies, market research, and data-driven improvements across Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce platforms, with English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce with a proven track record of driving online sales.
• Strong expertise in product listings, inventory, pricing, and e-commerce operations.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce.
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven growth and market research.
• Fluent in English; regional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies to grow customer base.
• Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey from lead to conversion and post-purchase.
• Manage product listings, pricing and inventory across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and customer service to improve CX.
• Conduct market research, outreach and build customer relationships to drive sales.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improvements.
