Job summary

Nala Designs Pte Ltd is seeking a Shopify-focused e-commerce professional to take ownership of our online store in Malaysia. You will manage product listings, pricing, promotions and digital merchandising to drive online sales and improve customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, with hands-on Shopify experience, UX/UI skills, and a strong portfolio. This role involves collaboration with Creative, Marketing and Retail teams and content management

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify theme customization and page building
• Portfolio demonstrating web design and UX/UI work

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Nala's Shopify platform and focus on online sales, conversion and customer experience
• Manage product listings, collections, pricing, promotions, landing pages, banners and digital merchandising
• Drive website sales by monitoring conversion rate, traffic, AOV, cart abandonment and other e-commerce KPIs
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journey, website performance and online purchasing experience
• Build, customize and maintain Shopify pages, themes and features
• Troubleshoot Shopify issues and coordinate with developers or partners when needed
• Support digital campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Retail teams to translate campaigns into online experiences
• Manage Nala's digital content across social platforms to support brand visibility and website traffic
• Monitor digital performance and prepare reports with actionable improvements
