Rakanda Enterprise in Selayang, Selangor, is seeking a Store Operations Assistant to support daily store and sales floor activities, manage stock replenishment, and ensure shelves are well-stocked. The role includes stock receiving and operating a forklift when required, with a focus on accurate inventory and strong customer service.

You will maintain stock organization across departments, assist in stock control, and ensure a clean, welcoming selling area.

Competenze

• Min SPM (Malaysia)
• Age 20-35 years
• Physically fit with stamina to lift heavy items, move quickly and climb stairs when required.
• Good numerical skills for stock counting.
• Strong communication with staff and customers.
• Detail-oriented in stock condition checks and order accuracy.
• Hardworking, proactive and able to learn quickly.
• Forklift driving skills are an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsible for supporting store operations, managing stock replenishment and inventory, and ensuring a well-organized sales floor while delivering good customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Support daily store and sales floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage stock receiving activities, including operating forklift or lift truck when required.
• Pick and replenish stock form storage to the sales floor to ensure product availability.
• Ensure shelves, racks, and top stock are consistently well-stocked and properly displayed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist in stock control processes.
• Organize and arrange incoming stock according to the correct department and location, including sales floor.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store and selling area.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquires on the sales floor.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Min SPM.
• Age between 20-35.
• Physically fit with high stamina: able to lift heavy items, move quickly, and climb stairs when required.
• Good numerical skills: able to perform basic calculations (addition and subtraction) for stock counting.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with staff and customers.
• Detail-oriented, especially in checking stock condition, damaged items, and customer orders.
• Hardworking, proactive, and able to learn and adapt quickly.
• Forklift driving skills or experience are an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

The salary is RM1,700 - RM1,900
