Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise is seeking a Shop Assistant to support the retail store manager by working the floor, managing inventory and delivering excellent customer service. You will help with stock Receiving, unpacking, labeling, and arranging products on displays while assisting customers and handling inquiries.

The role requires physical fitness, stamina, and strong team spirit, with opportunities to contribute to retail selling activities.

Qualifications

• Min SPM required; age 18–35.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and arrange newly delivered stocks.
