Rakanda Enterprise in Semenyih, Malaysia invites applications for a Shop Assistant to support the store manager on the shop floor, manage inventory, and deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will unpack deliveries, assist customers, label shelves, handle inquiries and complaints, and help drive retail sales. The role requires stamina, teamwork, and basic computer literacy, with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good basic computer literacy and numeracy.

The Shop Assistant will be responsible to assist the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory, and providing customer service. This position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal and strong team spirit.

In this role, you will:

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks.
• Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for.
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
• Sharp, precise and very careful in handling the job.
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves.
• Hardworking and positive in all instruction given.
• Responsible to retail selling.

• Age between 18-36
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu & English
