Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise in Temerloh, Malaysia is seeking a Shop Assistant to support the store manager on the shop floor, handle stock and assist customers with finding products. The role requires physical fitness, attentiveness and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

You will receive basic duties including receiving stock, labeling shelves, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring neat displays. The position is full-time, with shift work including weekends and public holidays, with monthly salary

The Shop Assistant will be responsible to assist the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory, and providing customer service, This position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal and strong team spirit.

In this role, you will:

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks.
• Assisting customer complaints and inquiries.
• Assisting customer in finding the products they're looking for.
• Sharp, precise, and very careful in handling the job.
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves.
• Hardworking and positive in all instruction given.
• Responsible to retail selling.
