Job summary

City Chain is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Alamanda Outlet watch store in Malaysia, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance through effective leadership.

You will lead a team of sales associates, manage inventory, stock transfers, promotions, merchandising, and cash handling, while monitoring KPIs and preparing regular sales reports, all in accordance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, preferably in watches, fashion, or lifestyle products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily or monthly sales reports.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness standards.
• Manage stock inventory, stock transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate POS transactions.
• Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities in-store.
• Ensure security procedures and company SOPs are followed at all times.
