Job summary

KK Supermart in Semenyih, Malaysia, is seeking a store supervisor to manage receiving, recording, stocking and merchandising activities, ensuring a clean, safe and organized shop floor.

You will lead a small team, oversee POS operations, and deliver courteous customer service while coordinating shifts and reporting emergencies. A Diploma/SPM with 1–3 years retail supervisory experience is preferred; own transport is a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Retail experience (1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, and handle inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within store premises.
• Operate and handle equipment and machines per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
