Job summary

Bunge in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Executive to manage bookings with shipping lines or agents, aligning shipments with ETS and ETA expectations. You will also support rate requests from carriers and coordinate transport for import/export, including air, sea, and cross-border trucking.

You will input shipment data into SAP and logistics systems, update transit times, and prepare daily to quarterly reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in supply chain or documentation.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities; problem solving.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export freight bookings including Air/Sea (FCL/LCL) and Cross Border Trucking.
• Update shipment transit times and delays; ensure timely bookings.
• Enter shipment data into SAP and logistics systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly logistics reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to create shipping schedules.
• Verify freight invoices.
