Job summary

SKP BM Electronics Sdn. Bhd.

is seeking an organized logistics and administration professional to support export/import shipments and cross-functional operations at our Senai, Johor location. You will coordinate shipment arrangements, confirm costs, liaise with freight forwarders, review documents, monitor incoterms, and provide essential admin support to ensure audit-ready records and timely internal responses.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and execute export/import shipment arrangements.
• Get shipping cost and obtain buyer confirmation acceptance before booking.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and forwarding agents.
• Confirm HS Code with forwarding agents for customs clearance.
• Review shipping documents before proceeding with booking.
• Monitor shipment delivery subject to incoterms.
• Collaborate with Purchasing & warehouse for incoming material.
• Collaborate with Planning & warehouse for export shipment arrangement; liaise with transporter & forwarder for billing invoices.
• Provide timely responses to internal requests (within the same day).
• Manage departmental administrative tasks including purchase of stationery and office supplies.
• Ensure proper document filing system is maintained and audit-ready at all times.
• Prepare and process staff claims.
• Monitor and verify overtime (OT) records for department staff.
• Provide administrative support to Senior Executive for customs-related applications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute export/import shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and forwarding agents to ensure smooth bookings.
• Review shipping documents and confirm HS codes for customs clearance.
• Monitor shipments against incoterms and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Warehouse for inbound materials and with Planning for exports.
