Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of export and import shipping procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Sea Waybills.
• Prepare shipment memos / shipping advice and distribute to relevant departments and customers.
• Liaise with shipping agents on bookings and document issuance.
• Apply for regulatory documents such as Fisheries Certificates, Health Certificates, and Letters of Approval (LOA) with relevant authorities.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and dispatched on time.
• Assist in raising purchase requisitions for stationery and departmental supplies.

Job description

1. Prepare and process export shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Sea Waybills.

2. Prepare shipment memos / shipping advice and distribute to relevant departments and customers.

3. Liaise with shipping agents on bookings and document issuance.

4. Apply for regulatory documents such as Fisheries Certificates, Health Certificates, and Letters of Approval (LOA) with relevant authorities (e.g., MOH, DOF, LKIM etc.).

5. Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and dispatched on time.

6. Assist in raising purchase requisitions (PR) for stationery and departmental related supplies.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED:-

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
