Job summary

ELGINI SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Shipping/Logistics Assistant in Penang to process waybills, manage offline and B2B orders, and support retail outbound stocks. You will handle Shopee FBS/SCS tasks, load goods, and maintain accurate records using Excel, Word, ABS, and SiteGiant.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and independence. Experience in shipping or warehouse operations is advantageous, with a friendly team environment and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Excel & Word).
• Familiar with ABS system and SiteGiant (preferred).
• Able to handle physical work and meet shipping deadlines.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Print waybills and ensure shipping due dates are accurate.
• Handle offline / B2B orders, including wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Support retail outlet outbound stocks.
• Manage tasks related to Shopee FBS and SCS orders, including loading goods onto the lorry.
• Count, inspect, and stock returned items.
• Use PC, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for daily shipping records.
• Operate and manage orders using the ABS system and SiteGiant.
• Ensure shipping documentation and records are accurate and well-organized.
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping-related tasks as required.
