Job summary
SMC Food21 (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Shipping Administrator to support export and import operations at our Iskandar Puteri site.
You will prepare trade documents, coordinate with forwarders, and ensure shipment data is accurately recorded in Excel for traceability. The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Logistics or related field, basic Excel skills, and good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Qualifications
- Requires a diploma/certificate in logistics, business, or related field.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English for internal communications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare export and import documents and coordinate with forwarders.
- Manage shipping documents and maintain Excel records for traceability.
- Preparing PO, applying HS codes, and other tasks assigned by the HOD.
