Job summary

ASL International Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level Logistics/Import-Export assistant to support daily import and export operations in Johor Bahru. You will prepare shipping documents for FCL, LCL and air shipments, place bookings, and help customers with inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Training will be provided; this role welcomes fresh graduates and individuals eager to learn and grow within logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Basic English speaking & writing.
• Pleasant personality, innovative and self motivate.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Entry level are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Import & Export operation.
• Prepare shipping documents for FCL and LCL and Air shipment.
• Place order for Booking Confirmation, Follow up shipping documents, Issue Bill of Ladings, permits.
• Issue payment voucher, invoice and helping customers with enquires.
• Ensuring compliance on import and export matters (DG declaration, permits, trucking arrangement etc.).
• Working closely with customer and follow up bookings.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
