Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Export/Import) to liaise with clients on FCL/LCL shipments and manage end-to-end documentation. The role requires independent work under pressure, strong communication, and bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities include updating clients on container status, handling inquiries, issuing invoices, and supporting sales with sailing schedules.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Able to work independently within tight deadline and under pressure.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with customers and all level of people.
• Can communicate, read & write in English and Mandarin.
• Hard working and a team player.
• Full‑Time position(s) available.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply as training shall be provided.

• Handling and responsible for all import/export documentation and preparing bill of lading, S.I, NOA, certificates etc with proper SOP.
• Update clients on the Container status until the last mile delivery.
• Attend Existing and New Customers inquiries timely & accordingly.
• Maintain good service level to existing customers for long term growth.
• Process invoice billing to customers timely to avoid delays in payment.
• Assist Sales in all aspects and send sailing schedules to customers.
• Willing to do the “Extra miles” for customers.
• Demonstrate accountability and fast learning; be detail-oriented and problem-solving.
