Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing or Customer Service Management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping and logistics.
• Familiarity with trade and booking processes.
• Quick learner and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bookings and Space Allocation with Trade SPC Team
• Coordinate Space with offshore booking, customer care and SALES Team
• Monitor and Control Space with TPA
• Manage 3PF usage, Load list and Work Order
• Setting Booking Acceptance Guidelines and Roll-over Policies
• Provide and Update Forecast to Trades
• Manage and monitor Booking TAT with offshore booking
• Manage Equipment Forecast and Coordinate Pick-Up points with EQC
• Coordinate with OPS on Final Loading List
• Manage vessels' TDR and Perform clean up upon vessel departure
