Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Shipping Assistant to support our logistics and warehouse operations in Penang. The role focuses on outbound shipments, stock to retail outlets, and offline/B2B orders to ensure timely delivery.

You will print waybills, manage orders via the ABS system and SiteGiant, and handle documentation. The position suits someone who is detail‑oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable with physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with Excel & Word.
• Familiarity with ABS system and SiteGiant preferred.
• Able to handle physical tasks and meet shipping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Print waybills and ensure shipping due dates are accurate.
• Handle offline/B2B orders, wrapping, labeling and shipping.
• Support retail outlet outbound stock and daily shipping records.
• Manage Shopee FBS/SCS orders and loading goods onto the lorry.
• Count, inspect and stock returned items.
• Operate orders using ABS system and SiteGiant.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation.

We are looking for a Shipping Assistant to support our logistics and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound shipments, retail outlet stock support, and offline/B2B orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Print waybills and ensure shipping due dates are accurate
• Handle offline / B2B orders, including wrapping, labeling, and shipping
• Support retail outlet outbound stock
• Manage tasks related to Shopee FBS and SCS orders, including loading goods onto the lorry
• Count, inspect, and stock returned items
• Use PC, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for daily shipping records
• Operate and manage orders using the ABS system and SiteGiant
• Ensure shipping documentation and records are accurate and well-organized
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping-related tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Male candidate preferred (due to physical handling and loading duties)
• Basic computer skills (Excel & Word)
• Familiar with ABS system and SiteGiant (preferred)
• Able to handle physical work and meet shipping deadlines
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage
