Job summary

Kyocera AVX Components (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage shipping operations for air, sea freight and trucking from Penang. You will prepare and administer shipment documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders and airlines to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires working with government authorities such as Customs, Treasury and Health while producing weekly and monthly reports on traffic activities; Diploma or above in Business Admin is required, with

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• At least 2 years of experience in traffic/shipping.
• Proficient in documentation and liaison with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing air, sea freight and trucking.
• Administer all shipment documentation.
• Liaise with forwarders and airlines.
• Coordinate with government authorities (customs, treasury, health).
