Job summary

KYOCERA AVX Components (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Planner to manage orders, reports, and part-number creation in a manufacturing environment. You will analyse customer requests, file EDI reports, and expedite force-in processes, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operation.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Studies and proficiency in Excel, MS Access, and Outlook. Fresh graduates are welcome; Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Studies required.
Experience with Excel, MS Access and MS Outlook.
Knowledge of databases is an advantage.
Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably those specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Full-Time positions, standard office hours.

Responsibilities

Process orders received through EDI and file EDI/Customer Request Reports.
Analyse reports and take corrective action to support Customer Requests.
Manage and expedite the “Force-In” lot when necessary.
Generate on-time delivery graph reports to support Internal CSI.
Initiate creation of new part numbers and follow up with Finance.
Liaise with external/internal customers on work orders.
Attend weekly production meetings to discuss segment management, lead time and line loading.
