ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Shift Technician (Wirebond / AOI), open to fresh graduates. You will operate and maintain wire bonding machines and assist AOI troubleshooting to ensure high-quality connections for ICs.

You will support production line sustain, set up and monitor wirebond processes, perform downtime repairs, and assist engineers on NPI and TBE issues related to AOI, strapping, ovens and packing equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced in Wirebond processes with ability to troubleshoot and set‑up.
• Familiar with AOI processes and TBE basics.
• Able to follow work instructions and support engineering teams.

Aufgaben

• Set-up, convert, run and monitor wirebond machine.
• Follow work instruction for wirebond process.
• Perform downtime repair and troubleshooting for wirebond machine.
• Support engineering and NPI.
• Support engineer for any TBE issue including any major down related to AOI machine, strapping machine, oven and packing machine.
• Etc..
