Job summary

Visco Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily production, optimize productivity and yield, and ensure smooth shift output on the factory floor.

You will oversee shift operations, enforce discipline, coordinate interdepartmental tasks, arrange technical training for technicians and operators, monitor schedules with planners, ensure material readiness, and uphold regulatory and environmental health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Communication, Leadership, Independent, Supervision, Problem Solving
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Able to work shift (day & night) rotation
• Posses own transport and accommodation

Responsibilities

• To follow up on production daily operation
• To instruct and audit technicians / operators’ operation duty
• To arrange and provide technical training program to technician and operator
