Job summary

ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to actively manage the shift, ensure execution of the daily production plan, and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely reporting while coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality teams.

You will develop employees, set clear expectations, and lead cross-functional efforts to meet targets and recover from deviations.

Qualifications

• KPI reporting and data-driven actions are required.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S culture experience preferred.
• ISO 9000 administration knowledge desired.
• Strong leadership with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own shift execution of the daily production plan and track hour-by-hour performance.
• Lead safety first culture and ensure compliance with PPE and procedures.
• Maintain shift-end and Tier reporting with accurate data.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove production barriers.
• Coach and develop employees and manage performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S activities.
