is seeking a Supervisor to develop and maintain a feasible plan for hiring, training and management of personnel and to ensure quality issues, process and material flows are operated efficiently. The role requires strong leadership to integrate goals with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, R&D and HR, while promoting GMP and lean practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to guide and motivate teams toward achieving departmental goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of Lean Management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a medical background will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of all key performance metrics on a particular shift/project, with a particular focus on "Core 5" and "9 panel" metrics.
• Liaising with ware-housing, quality assurance, bulk-packaging and sterilization areas to ensure prompt shipment of product.
• Maintaining GMP / Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
• Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS and HR support for the team.
• Interacting and liaising with the other manufacturing teams and Logistics to prioritize backorders.
• Administration duties which include Time and Attendance system, Holiday planning, Build Plan review Back Order review, Travel planning etc.
