Job summary

You will supervise operators and technicians, manage attendance, ensure safe and compliant operations, and allocate resources to match changing production priorities. The role requires a Diploma or related experience, familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and experience in shift planning and problem solving to maintain daily output.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality systems and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 is preferred.
• Experience in precision manufacturing and medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operators and technicians during assigned shifts.
• Ensure employees perform duties according to established standards and expectations.
• Manage attendance, absenteeism, punctuality, and workforce discipline.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety requirements, working hours, and break schedules.
• Allocate manpower effectively to support changing production priorities.
• Monitor production performance and drive actions to achieve daily output targets.
• Conduct effective shift handovers and collaborate with fellow supervisors.
• Coach, develop, and motivate employees to improve performance and teamwork.
