Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Demonstrated leadership potential to guide and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Management principles and continuous improvement.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a medical background have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of key performance metrics on a shift/project, especially Core 5 and 9 panel metrics.
• Coordinate with warehousing, QA, bulk-packaging and sterilization to ensure prompt shipments.
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping at a high level within the department.
• Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS and HR support for the team.
• Interact with other manufacturing teams and Logistics to prioritize backorders.
• Handle administration duties including Time and Attendance, holiday planning, travel planning, etc.
