Job summary

Ambu is seeking a Production Supervisor in Malaysia to manage production operations, coordinate staff, and ensure quality and profitability. The role involves meeting build schedules, training and motivating workers, and enforcing ISO 13485 and GMP procedures across shifts.

Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the supervisor. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in manufacturing and 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, with added advantage for knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21CFR820.

Qualifications

• Diploma in manufacturing field or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations and coordinate production staff to ensure product quality and profitability.
• Ensure production build schedule and goals are met.
• Train the workforce for production and motivate staff, monitoring performance and safety.
• Ensure shift staff are disciplined and trained to procedures according to quality standards, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
