Job summary

Ambu in Penang is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations, coordinate staff, and ensure product quality and profitability.

The role requires a Diploma in manufacturing or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP is a plus; candidates should be able to train, motivate, and enforce safety and quality standards on shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and ensure the quality and profitability of products.
• Ensure production build schedule and goals is met.
• Train the workforce for production; motivate staff and monitor performance and safety.
• Ensure shift staff follow procedures per ISO 13485 and GMP standards.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Ensure production staff in a shift are disciplined and trained to procedure according to the quality standards, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in manufacturing field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
