Job summary

Twin Consult Gateway Sdn. Bhd. in Kedah, Malaysia, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee the crew and ensure smooth shift handovers.

You will deliver excellent customer service, uphold QSCV standards, manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and staff development.

This role includes coordinating marketing activities, training new team members, and supporting the Restaurant Manager to hit sales targets, with rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude with a passion for developing people.
• Experience in fast-food restaurants is an advantage.
• Skill in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and motivate crew members to achieve excellence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain high QSCV standards at all times.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling and shift documentation.
• Coach, train and develop staff and Team Trainers.
• Support Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements and safety standards.
• Lead planning, execution and evaluation for marketing.
• Conduct daily briefings to staff.
