You will collaborate with your team to maintain high hygiene standards, monitor stock, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm, friendly dining experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• Good numerical skills to manage budgets, inventory, and financial reporting.
