TT VISION Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an Applications Engineer to join our automation-focused team in Malaysia. You will set up automation and machine vision systems, calibrate equipment for quality control, and document processes thoroughly.

The role requires a degree in engineering and hands-on experience with robotics and assembly. You will diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects, with opportunities for professional growth in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in machine vision, automation equipment, and robotics.
• Experience in automation equipment setup, mechanical alignment, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for automation equipment setup, including installing, configuring, and aligning automation systems to meet operational requirements.
• Responsible for machine vision equipment setup, including implementing and calibrating machine vision systems for quality inspection and process control.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including machine manuals, SOPs, FMEA, 8D reports, and work instructions.
