Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Lead to own the solution design and scope during pursuits in the ASEAN market. This mid-level contributor works with delivery teams post-deal handover and collaborates with a senior KL-based mentor.

You will design ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules, build demos and value proofs, and help translate business requirements into actionable service management solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and solution design experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), active
• Demonstrated experience designing at least one ServiceNow module solution (ITSM, ITOM, or equivalent)
• Experience owning solution design on at least one pursuit, or acting as solution owner on a workstream
• Experience building and delivering ServiceNow demos or proof-of-value environments to customers
• Experience contributing to effort estimation and pricing for solution proposals
• Comfortable using AI tools to support solution design, scoping, and documentation
• Ability to run customer-facing requirements and design workshops
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; an additional ASEAN language an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow solution design and scope on assigned ESM pursuits across the ASEAN market.
• Work alongside the senior ServiceNow solutioner in KL, taking design guidance and escalation support on complex pursuits.
• Design ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog) to meet customer requirements.
• Build and deliver tailored ServiceNow demonstrations and proof-of-value environments that show the solution working against the customer's own scenarios.
• Design how service management workflows extend beyond IT into HR, facilities, and shared-services use cases.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into a ServiceNow solution design.
• Apply ITIL-aligned service management practice to solution design and process definition.
• Produce solution design documents, scope definitions, and technical specifications.
• Build pricing for ESM proposals: effort estimation, ServiceNow licensing, and commercial input working with the deal team.
• Work with delivery teams during the pursuit to validate solution feasibility, scope, and effort estimates.
• Hand over the solution design, scope, and estimates cleanly to delivery at deal close, and stay available for solution clarification.
• Maintain ServiceNow certifications and build capability in Now Assist and AI-powered service operations
