Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead configuration and solution design for ServiceNow deployments. Location is Malaysia, and the role is permanent/full-time with a focus on ITSM/ITOM and related modules.

You will own pursuit-level design, deliver demos and POV environments, and contribute to pricing estimates while working closely with customers in a fast-paced professional services setting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and solution design experience.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow configuration and solution design experience

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and solution design experience
• Demonstrated experience designing at least one ServiceNow module solution (ITSM, ITOM, or equivalent)
• Experience owning solution design on at least one pursuit, or acting as solution owner on a workstream
• Experience building and delivering ServiceNow demos or proof-of-value environments to customers
• Experience contributing to effort estimation and pricing for solution proposals
• Comfortable using AI tools to support solution design, scoping, and documentation
• Ability to run customer-facing requirements and design workshops
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; an additional ASEAN language an advantage for regional engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
• Integration experience (Boomi, IntegrationHub, or API-led connectivity between ServiceNow and enterprise systems)
• ManageEngine experience (ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, or OpManager)
• Experience extending ServiceNow beyond ITSM (HRSD, CSM, or workplace service delivery)
• Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence
• Exposure to ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping
• Prior pre-sales or solution consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration firm
• Domain experience in financial services, public sector, aviation, or telecommunications
