Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to design and deliver enhancements across our IT Service Management platform in Kuala Lumpur on a 12-month contract. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalogue improvements, Flow Designer automation, and AI-enabled experiences such as Now Assist and Virtual Agent.

Strong focus on reporting, automation, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Proven ITSM lifecycle experience (planning to deployment).
• CSA or CIS certification.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ITSM enhancements across the platform.
• Develop workflows and automate with Flow Designer.
• Implement CMDB data quality controls and mappings.
• Configure NowAssist and Virtual Agent features.
• Create operational reports and dashboards for IT operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
