Job summary

DIGITAL BRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a ServiceNow AI Implementer to design, deploy, and optimize AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric automation, transforming IT service management and business operations.

The role focuses on integrating AI capabilities such as machine learning, NLP, and intelligent workflows to solve complex challenges and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform including AI/ML and automation features.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and ServiceNow AI Engine and Predictive Analytics.
• Strong data modeling, data integration and API development skills.
• Familiarity with NLP, predictive analytics and intelligent workflows.
• Experience in Agile, CI/CD practices.
• Certification in ServiceNow AI/ML or related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate machine learning models and NLP capabilities into ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases for service improvements.
• Develop and maintain AI models using ServiceNow AI Engine and Predictive Analytics.
• Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and governance compliance.
• Monitor AI performance and provide optimization insights.
• Document AI implementation processes and best practices.
