Job summary

StarHub is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 1–3 years of experience to contribute to both basic administration and advanced platform development under guidance.

You will collaborate with senior architects and developers to build scalable workflows using Flow Designer and Now Assist, with a strong focus on AI, automation, and clean design.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of ServiceNow experience with a strong grasp of the data model and security (ACLs).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer is essential; IntegrationHub a plus.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required; CAD or micro-certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Glide API and Service Portal is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Support rollout of GenAI features, including Virtual Agent enhancements and automation.
• Develop interfaces in Configurable Workspaces and the Service Portal.
• Assist in CMDB health and governance, ensuring accurate CI data.
• Participate in sprint planning and migrate legacy processes to ServiceNow.

Job description

The ServiceNow Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience performs basic administration as well as advanced platform development under guidance. The developer will work closely with Senior Architect and Senior Service Developer to build next-generation workflows using Now Assist and Flow Designer. ServiceNow developer is expected to be passionate about AI, automation, and building clean, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to streamline ITSM and CSM processes

Support the rollout of GenAI features, including Virtual Agent enhancements and automated case summarization, ensuring high accuracy and user satisfaction

Develop and configure intuitive interfaces in Configurable Workspaces and the Service Portal

Assist in the health and governance of the CMDB, ensuring CI data is accurate and aligned with Service Mapping goals

Participate in sprint planning and contribute to the decommissioning of legacy systems by migrating processes into ServiceNow

About you

1-3 years of ServiceNow experience with a strong grasp of the data model and security (ACLs)

Familiarity with the ServiceNow Glide API

Hands-on experience with Flow Designer is essential; experience with IntegrationHub is a significant plus

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Micro-certifications in Now Assist or Flow Design highly preferred
