As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing various mechanical systems and components to support the company's engineering projects. What you'll be doing

• 1.Responsible for the debugging and training of lifting machinery after delivery;
• 2. Provide support to customers, maintain and upkeep equipment through phone, email, or business trips, and ensure that the sold equipment is in good working condition;
• 3. Responsible for diagnosing and repairing major equipment issues and faults in the company; Soothing customer emotions and maintaining the reputation of the company and its products;
• 4. Responsible for categorizing, organizing, and providing feedback on fault issues, promoting the continuous improvement of the company's product quality.
