• Responsible for the debugging and training of lifting machinery after delivery.
• Provide support to customers, maintain and upkeep equipment through phone, email, or business trips, and ensure that the sold equipment is in good working condition.
• Responsible for diagnosing and repairing major equipment issues and faults in the company; soothing customer emotions and maintaining the reputation of the company and its products.
• Responsible for categorizing, organizing, and providing feedback on fault issues, promoting the continuous improvement of the company's product quality.
