Job summary

Swagelok Malaysia Fluid System Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding service with precision, using advanced fluid system technologies and contributing to customer satisfaction.

You will follow service and manufacturing plans and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely assembly and repair work. The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering, fresh graduates welcome, and 1-2 years in mechanical assembly.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or relevant industry certificates.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years in mechanical assembly preferred.
• Proficiency in handling mechanical tools.
• Able to work in challenging conditions.
• Conversant with PC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver as per service and manufacturing plan to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements and technological solutions.
• Comply with safety regulations and industry standards while promoting safety culture among service technicians.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on specifications, assembly, and repair works; ensure parts, tools, and equipment are ready for project execution.
• Provide regular reports and metrics to supervisor while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Attend competency training (Swagelok CP and HSE) to keep certifications valid.
