Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a technician with a certificate in mechanical/electrical engineering to demonstrate, install, and support our machines for customers. You will guide end users on operation and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring quality service and timely maintenance.

The role includes handling spare parts inventories, assisting in deliveries, and providing technical recommendations. Excellent communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

Certificate in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate machines and equipment to customers.
Install and commission machines and equipment.
Provide guidance to end users on operation of machines/equipment.
Service, troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment; report major problems with recommendations.
Review workshop spare parts inventories and raise purchase requisitions.
Maintain workshop cleanliness at all times; ensure electrical matters in the office are attended to.
Assist in goods delivery when required.
Provide technical recommendations to customers.
Perform related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Provide technical recommendation to the customers.
