Job summary

Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated technical support specialist to join our team in Malacca. The ideal candidate will engage in various technical troubleshooting and support tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient customer service.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, with preferable experience in semiconductor machinery. Willingness to travel internationally is essential.

Qualifications

• Preferable experience in semiconductor machinery servicing environment (die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling).
• Fulfill customer service support requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhere to instructions and guidance provided by team leaders and supervisors.

• Support Service arrangement for new Project.

• Provide guidance in support of opportunities for new work streams.

• Other tasks assigned by superior
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment(die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling)
• Fulfill customer service support requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
