Job summary

Yun Cheng Industries (Ipoh) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking Mandarin-proficient service sales professionals to support existing customers, understand needs, and handle orders in a manufacturing, gravure-related context.

The role requires travel to outstation sites, strong communication in Mandarin, English and Malay, and a hardworking, responsible attitude. Compensation includes base salary plus allowances and commissions, plus a yearly bonus and company trips.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin for client communication.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Hardworking and responsible.
• Not indoor/outdoor sales; this is service sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing customers for process orders.
• Understand and customize customers' needs and concerns.
• Manage payment collection and aging effectively.
• Manage customer PO and register order into system.
• Manage customer SOA.
