Job summary

Keyence (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking dynamic individuals in Bayan Lepas, Penang, to join the sales team. The role covers discovery, development, proposal, negotiation, and closing with a focus on consulting for QA/QC and production engineering in diverse manufacturing industries.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, strong communicators, and willing to travel about three days per week across Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a vehicle required for onsite visits and a standard

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field.
Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no work experience required.
Candidate needs own vehicle to travel for work.
Able to work on-site in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Responsibilities

Attend team meetings and training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Promote and offer consultancy on Keyence products for QA/QC, Production Engineering, and R&D in manufacturing sectors.
Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
Promote products over the phone to qualify customers before setting appointments.
Visit potential customers and demonstrate products to end users.

Job description

Attending team meeting and training session with colleagues to improve sales skill & technical knowledge on product applications.

Promoting and offering consultancy services with Keyence product related to Quality assurance/Quality control, Production Engineering, Research and Development field in various manufacturing industries.

Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing

Actively promoting our products over the phone to qualify customers before appointments.

Visiting potential customers and performing product demonstration to end user directly.

Through asking customers’ operation and application testing, proving our solution and persuading customer to purchase our products.

Managing certain product-line sales in the assigned territory.

Reviewing and analyzing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets sustainably.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in ANY business background such as BusinessAdministration, Business Management, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or other business-related disciplines.

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients

No work experience required, Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply

Candidates need to have own vehicle

Able to work physically in ouroffice Bayan Lepas, Penang
