Job summary

Yun Cheng Industries (Ipoh) Sdn. Bhd. is hiring an Account Assistant to join our Menglembu Perak team.

In a full-time role, you will support bookkeeping and accounting tasks across accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and monthly reporting. You should have a diploma in accounting or equivalent, at least 1 year in a similar role, and be proficient with SQL and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The ideal candidate is independent, eager to learn, and prepared to contribute to a growing

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of SQL software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records: AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue invoices and arrange delivery orders as needed.
• Assist with monthly financial reports.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team.

About the role Yuncheng Industries (Ipoh) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team in Menglembu Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Support issue invoices DO and arrange delivery order

Assisting with the preparation of monthly report

Providing administrative support to the finance team as required

What we're looking for

Relevant accounting qualification, such as a diploma in Accounting

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within the Accounting and Small Practice Accounting industry

Knowledge in using SQL software

Willing to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Ability to work independently
