Job summary

Ambition in Penang is seeking a Service Sales Manager for industrial equipment to build and lead a new territory from the ground up. You will win accounts, grow revenue, and expand the customer base across cranes, building maintenance systems, boom lifts, and dock levellers.

You will lead client presentations, negotiate commercial proposals, and bring deals to closure while coordinating with regional teams to deliver differentiated solutions aligned with contract specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Background in technical service is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ease in customer-facing environments.
