Job summary

DHL IT Services invites motivated students for a Service Quality Analytics & AI Automation Intern role in Cyberjaya. You will work with a global IT team on data analytics, dashboard development, and AI-driven automation initiatives that support DHL’s IT operations.

Gain hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI while contributing to projects across DHL’s global IT landscape and learning modern analytics tools in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Current CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons).
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 3 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to gather, analyze, and interpret service quality and operational data from various sources.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable business insights.
• Assist in building and enhancing AI-powered solutions, automation workflows, and proof-of-concepts using modern technologies.
• Apply data analysis, data modeling, and analytical techniques to support service management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research emerging AI technologies, Generative AI use cases, and automation opportunities within IT operations.
• Support incident, problem, and service performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Actively share knowledge, ideas, and lessons learned with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in global projects and collaborate with international teams across DHL IT Services.
