Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya is offering an internship in Network Access Assurance within the Infrastructure Security team. You will contribute to security operations, documentation, and coordination with cybersecurity and infrastructure colleagues to strengthen our IT security posture.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity, with a CGPA above 3.0, strong MS Office and communication skills, and a keenness to learn in a global logistics

• CGPA above 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons).
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation and knowledge articles for the team.
• Assist security and network access related requests for internal customers.
• Participate in daily operational and security processes in Network Access Assurance.
• Review and validate network access and security-related requests.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on tasks.
• Contribute to knowledge management and process improvements.
• Support reporting and analysis related to network and information security.
• Learn from experienced security professionals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Microsoft Office, Communication Skills, Analytical Thinking.
• Preferred skill(s): Basic Networking and Cybersecurity Knowledge.
• Required language(s): English (written and spoken)
• Internship period of minimum (6 months)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
