Job summary

DHL IT Services is offering an AI Engineer Internship in Cyberjaya to design intelligent agents that automate performance testing and UI workflows. You will work within a team focused on AI-driven testing, data modeling, and automation, contributing to DHL's digital backbone in a hands-on learning environment.

The internship requires at least 6 months, English proficiency, and a strong foundation in Python and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or possess a bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons).
• Proficient in Python and AI fundamentals; REST APIs, Git.
• Familiar with AI agents, Docker, cloud platforms; English proficiency.
• Internship period of minimum 6 months; willing to work in Cyberjaya.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents to intelligently automate performance testing and UI test workflows, aligned with DHL IT Services standards
• Integrate AI-driven automation solutions with existing performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner) and UI automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright)
• Apply data analysis and data modeling techniques to establish, modify or maintain a data structure and its associated components

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a [bachelor's degree in computer science/ information technology or equivalent]
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skill(s): Python, Generative AI/LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and basic familiarity with Google ADK, OpenAI, or LangChain.
• Preferred skill(s): Exposure to AI agents, MCP, RAG, or LLM workflows; familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), and AI evaluation/observability tools.Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 6 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
